  Ok this is for start I was with someone a small kid and he made a mess and broke the burrito and was on the verge of crying, this lady at the counter, sunny she is African American, at Norwalk Connecticut store was so super accommodating amazing and help by coming to us and making sure he was happy amazing they should have people like here.   The best thing about Chipotle is that you know what you are going to get. It meets my expectations and satisfies the craving. The service is fast and friendly and everything you expect it to be. It can be a little tough to get a seat during peak hours unless you don't mind the stools near the ordering line and being surrounded by those hungry folks waiting to order their food.

  Staff are friendly and fast. Food is hot and well prepared. I go here regularly and haven't had one complaint yet.
